Nettles have a long history of use in traditional medicine, both applied topically and consumed internally, for a plethora of applications. Nettles have powerful astringent properties, making them a great natural treatment for eczema, as well as skin which is dry, itchy and / or inflamed for any other reason. Nettle helps to soothe inflammation and also accelerates the healing process of minor wounds and burns.

I collect all of the nettles I use in my products myself. I forage sustainably in the Surrey countryside, making use of the medicinal plants which are abundantly available all around us.
