Hibiscus is a brightly coloured flower with numerous skin-brightening properties when applied to the skin. Hibiscus contains high levels of antioxidants, and also contains natural AHAs (malic acid and citric acid) which are widely used to gently exfoliate the skin without irritating it. Both of these properties make hibiscus a power-house for naturally brightening and plumping skin.
