Coffee is very high in antioxidants, helping to brighten and smooth skin when applied topically. It can be used to reduce inflammation, and is especially useful for reducing discoloration and hyperpigmentation. 

 

Coffee grounds offer incredible exfoliation benefits, as they contain all of the natural benefits of coffee (as above) but are also a natural source of physical exfoliation. Exfoliating using coffee grounds helps support increased blood circulation, smoother skin and brighter skin.
