​Aloe Vera gel is the jelly-like substance from inside the Aloe plant, and is widely used in traditional medicine for its calming and soothing properties. Aloe Vera gel is anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial, making it a great ingredient to aid the healing of minor skin ailments. It is also soothing, calming and cooling on the skin, and is used to help ease all types of inflamed skin, ranging from eczema to acne. It is also a moisturising ingredient.
