Cocoa Butter is a natural plant fat extracted from the cocoa bean. It is high in fatty acids, including palmitic, oleic and stearic acids. This makes it is a highly moisturizing ingredient which is very nourishing for the skin, as it restores the Lipid Barrier (Moisture Barrier) in the skin, therefore rapidly restoring moisture.
